So an inbound lead is someone that finds your website, finds your phone number, and finds your listing on the Yellow Pages, for those of you who are old enough to remember what the Yellow Pages are like I am. But they but an inbound lead is somebody who reaches out to you directly.
Now, defining an inbound lead is an easy thing. Figuring out how to get inbound leads is a whole different story. Because oftentimes it has to do with search. It has to do with paid advertising, it has to do with social media marketing, it has to do with all different sorts of things.
