Mistake: Aimlessly typing in data

This is a case in which one mistake with your CRM can lead to another (see previous). If you don’t know how to use your CRM as best as you can, it could result in staff aimlessly plugging in data. One of these common CRM mistakes involves putting in data incorrectly. Wrong or misplaced data inevitably becomes useless data (especially if you can’t find it). Don’t let that happen to you, or your employees could seriously confuse customer information, ultimately risking losses.

It also takes the stress off of you to consistently worry about what customers to reach out to when. However, if you let your emails run out too much on their own, you can accidentally send the wrong message to the wrong person. You could also overload your customers’ inbox. Not a good idea.

Solution: Pay attention to the emails you are sending out. Make sure they are personal and relevant. Check who they are going to, and don’t let them end up in the spam box!
