We’ve been doing quite a bit of work over the course of this year and have seen some exciting new developments in the Mission Suite feature set. Take a look at some of the things we’ve been working on!
Introducing Native Document Signing
Have you been using tools like Docusign or RightSignature to send documents out for signature? Well now you can do that natively inside of Mission Suite! Now you can create a document and send it to your contacts for their initial and signature. The best part is that everything is stored right in your contact’s CRM record so you’ll always be able to access it.
For more information on how to create and send documents for signing:
- Log into your account
- Go to the help section
- Click on Media Library in the table of contents
- Select Creating a Document or Sending a Document from the second table of contents and the information will appear on the right
We have videos and written help in both descriptions to help you get this set up but if you need any help, give me a call and I’ll walk you through it myself!
User Interface Redesign
You’re going to start seeing some new designs while you’re working in the system. So far we’ve completed redesigns of User Fields, Group Settings, Account Settings and Calendar Settings. These pages are sleeker and more user friendly and I think their new layouts work really well but, if you have any questions on where things may have moved or can’t find something then let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
A lot of my focus is sales and marketing and, as such, I don’t talk a lot about the project management capabilities of Mission Suite but, if you’re in a project based business, this may be a good time to take a look. We’ve added some features and capabilities to our project management tools that are worth taking a look at, including a drag and drop task management, checklists, and task comments and mentions.
The project management tool is under Apps>Projects. If you haven’t checked it out yet, take a look!
